Deception Pass
Deception Pass is WA’s most popular park, located in a spectacular strait between Fidalgo and Whidbey Islands known for it's strong tidal currents, rips and waves.
To get to Deception Pass from Seattle, travel 40-minutes north to the Mukilteo Ferry Terminal, followed by a short ferry crossing to Whidbey Island.
Deception Pass Campgrounds
Deception Pass has 3 different campgrounds. For a completely unique experience, you can also book the basic Ben Ure Cabin on Ben Ure Island, only accessible by boat.
Oak Harbor
If you wish to stay in a vacation rental, Inn or B&B, consider staying at nearby Oak Harbor (there is no lodging at Deception Pass). A list of Oak Harbor accommodation is provided in the table at the bottom of the page, and some options include:

- Enjoy a bed and breakfast with incredible views at The Bluff on Whidbey

Some of the most spectacular scenery you will ever see! Be sure to walk across the bridge for better views and explore the trails at the end of the bridge, which lead to rocky beaches that are great for fishing, swimming or just relaxing,
