Lime Kiln State Park, known as the “Whale Watching Parkâ€, is located on the west coast of San Juan Island in Washington State.   It’s considered the best location in the world to view Orca Whales from the shorelineThere are two pod communities in these waters; the Transients and Resident Community.  The prime whale watching season is June through September.
