Multnomah Falls

Multnomah Falls is located along the Columbia Gorge, just 40 minutes east of Portland. 

This spectacular waterfall has two pools, plummeting 156 meters into the upper pool, and 21 meters to the lower pool.  It’s possible to get closer to the upper pool by hiking up to Benson bridge.  There's a visitor center and restaurant at the falls, housed in an historic day lodge.  Visitors can also purchase items at the kiosk and sit at a picnic table outside.
